Services
Each new client's first visit will be 60 minutes. For the first part of the appointment, I'll ask questions to learn more about you and your goals, we'll go over your medical history, and I'll complete an assessment. The second portion of the first visit is initiating treatment.

Light and comfortable clothing (no jeans) is recommended for sessions. Please avoid using lotions or body oils prior to appointments.

I incorporate OT education/consult into each session. I approach fascial therapies with a unique lens as an OT, and I love collaborating with clients regarding posture, daily movement, development (for children), self-treatment at home, energy conservation, stress management, nervous system regulation, home environment, habits, routines, sleep, and more as it pertains to an individual client.
*Included with each in-office session
I'm licensed in the state of Virginia and offer virtual consultations for anxiety and insomnia. Consultations are 60 minutes.
